Situated one and a half miles from the main M9 Motorway in the peaceful Cleish Hills, we are within easy reach of Edinburgh, Perth, St Andrews Stirling and the Trossachs.Whether you are coming to Scotland for the Edinburgh Festival, Perth for the Agricultural Show and the shopping, St Andrews for the golf, or Stirling for the Castle and the Trossachs you will love our location.We are family friendly: the Walled Garden is an ideal place for children to play as it is laid mainly to grass and apple trees.Our breakfasts are amazingly good with fresh ingredients sourced mostly locally from our family farm.

From Edinburgh across Forth Road Bridge to M9 motorway (To Perth and Aberdeen) Exit at J5 just before Kinross Turn Left at slipway and proceed towards Cleish 2 milesAfter appox 1 12 miles you will approach a sharp bend with several cottages on each side You approach a road junction and follow straight across towards Cleish. 100yards over the road junction a stone wall encloses Nivingston. Continue 100yards towards Cleish on your Left you will see a large entrance and a sign NIVINGSTON COUNTRY HOUSE Turn up the drive past the stable block and into the Car Park. Cars may come to the main entrance to drop off luggage and return to the Car Park
